and at any time in the future want to trade up to a
higher priced item, we will give you your full original purchase price towards
the purchase of your new Diamond.
Any ESTATE items purchased can be traded in at full
purchase price for any item of higher value.
Items traded in must be in the same condition as when
purchased (no chipped stones etc.).
We offer a simple and no fee layaway plan. We ask for approximately a 20% down payment on the item you're interested in putting on layaway. Each month you are required to make at least one monthly payment to show continued interest on the layawayed item. Payments are available to be made in person or over the phone. If you cancel your layaway for any reason we are happy to refund any money you had made towards the layaway item.
We only offer shipping on items inside the United States.
Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday).
In a very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during shipping we will contact you with options to move forward.
All orders are insured by the shipping provider I.E UPS / USPS / FEDEX
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the day of purchase to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, you will be notified to ship it back at your own cost and we will credit you as soon as the item is recieved.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Once your return item is received we will credit you back the same method you used to pay.
